It has been so long...

So Jesse is usually the one to write these posts because let's face it, he is funnier than I am. But he is really busy with school right now, so I decided to try the blog thing out. We just got back from an amazing weekend in Dallas. Our friends Will and Kelsie became husband and wife and ACU played at the Cotton Bowl. Two great reasons to drive down to Dallas. Jesse had been to Dallas more recently than I had, so it was really nice to see friends and family! Friday night we just hung our with my parents and ate tons! My mom took us to Harry's, which if you live in Dallas and haven't been there something is wrong with you. Harry's is the best custard place ever! After that we went to Weir's and picked up a wall decoration that says Texas which is proudly hanging on our wall. Living in Oklahoma we have to remind everyone that our state is better than theirs! Later that night we met up with my Pops and ate at an amazing little Mexican restaurant in Rowlett. Saturday, Jesse planted himself on the couch and watched football until we left for the wedding, and I shopped with my Mom! The wedding was so much fun, and Kelsie looked amazing! Jesse and I had so much fun getting to see all of our friends there and really never wanted to leave! After the wedding we headed over to see our other friends who went to the ACU game. It was so much fun to catch up with everyone! On Sunday, Jesse asked my mom if we could just move in with them! She of course said yes, but we had to brave the rain and make it back to Tulsa. Oh well! It was so good to reunite with everyone this weekend, and we will see y'all at Homecoming!!
